CEO/CFO, Gary (Joe) Lufkin, CPA - has over 40 years of directing corporate activities serving as a CEO for two companies, CFO for both public and private companies and practicing 16 years with the “Big 4” public accounting. His experience includes overall corporate direction and financial planning and most recently served as CFO for the DeBartolo organization.

Richard Scarpelli is the CTO and founder, who invented a new science system for sustainable energy. He has over forty years of experience. He has brought patented inventions and innovation to the electrical, satellite, and LED lighting industries.

President of Manufacturing Operations – Daniel Machado – has over 40 years of manufacturing experience in both defense and commercial industries. He initiated several start-ups of offshore operations instituting “World Class Manufacturing” and vertical integration involving robotic assembly and automatic testing of electronics.  He spent 13 years with Qualcomm in their Globalstar satellite division manufacturing communication gateways that were deployed world-wide. He managed all their production of satellite handsets and other data linked devices. He joined General Atomics Aeronautical division (Predator) as a process control specialist for the flight controls of the UAV on the Homeland Security program.

Vice President, Business Development, Richard Griffin – has over four decades of leadership experience and has made significant contributions across various industries including office automation, financial services, digital marketing and community development. 

He has led one of the nation’s largest office automation firms for 30 years, overseeing substantial growth and innovation. In addition, 

he spent 15 years in financial services providing strategic insights and leadership. He also collaborated with a very large business intelligence firm enhancing data-driven decision-making processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
